Susan Schachter - Manager, Settlement and Community Programs

Susan has been working at Little Mountain since 1998 where she  started teaching in the English Language Services for Adults program teaching a Level 3  class and over time began teaching both that level and Level 1. Looking for different challenges in her work life she moved out of teaching and  into her  current position of Coordinator of Settlement Services and Community Programs in 2004 and has not looked back.  Growth, personally and within the programs and people that she works with epitomizes the valuable work and development of her program areas. Like being on the neighbourhood house running team it is the forward motion that makes each day interesting.
